Michael Moore announced that he'll be making his new young voter movie "Slacker Uprising" free as a download starting later this month. Moore admits the film is for Democrats, but will the fact that it's free encourage you to download it? Or are Moore's politics too much for your bandwidth?

I really enjoyed this premiere and I'll be watching next week as well. I was really worried that this show was going to be cheesy, like I hear the Twilight series is and like Moonlight at times was (sorry, if you were a fan of Moonlight, I was too, but sometimes it made me roll my eyes), but, no, it looks like True Blood is really good! I should have known better since Anna Paquin and Raelle Tucker are both involved with the project - the series *has* to be good! (I'm a fan of both of them.) And if Raelle had to leave Supernatural, I'm glad it was to work on another quality series like True Blood is shaping up to be.

I really wish someone out there would realize we do not need any more reality shows. Truth be known, we do not need all of the ones on right now let alone several new ones starting in the fall.

So, I wasn't sure what to expect with the new version of 90210. You never know what to expect when they redo an old show, but this wasn't just another redo. I thought it was very interesting and I think it will be a hit. They did a great job of establishing new story lines while touching on and updating old ones. There are enough questions about the past to keep it interesting (for us old 90210ers) and also a lot of new material to keep it current (for a new generation). I can't wait to see this unfold. This is on my tivo list this fall!!!
